Inspired by true events following 9/11, The Periphery Project Volume I tells the story of one man's mission to expose a government conspiracy to spy upon independent filmmakers- one public access show at a time. 

Presented as an anthology, Volume I embeds five award-winning short films that range from fantasy to horror to science fiction and comedy. Contributing directors include Jon Stout, Mark Ratzlaff, Eric Day, Andy Marsh, and Gavin and Jason Fox.
